These terms apply to the use of snow-addicts.com, operated by Niclas Falke (see Imprint). By using the website you agree to these terms.

The resort guides and other content on this website are for general information only. Snow conditions, lift operations, seasons, prices and travel information change frequently. We create the content with care but cannot guarantee that it is complete, accurate or up to date. Always check current information with the resort or provider before you travel.

We do not sell rental equipment or merchandise ourselves. Bookings and purchases are made directly with our partners:

• ski and snowboard rental with Skiset
• merchandise with Fourthwall

The contract is concluded solely between you and the respective partner, under the partner's terms and conditions. We are not a party to that contract and are not responsible for its performance.

Links to Skiset are affiliate links. If you book through them, we receive a commission from the partner. The price for you stays the same. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

This website contains links to third-party websites. We have no influence on their content and accept no responsibility for it. The respective provider is responsible for the content of linked pages. If we become aware of unlawful content, we will remove the link without delay.

Texts, photos, logos and design on this website are protected by copyright. Photos shared by our community are used with the permission of the photographers. Any use beyond private viewing requires our prior written consent, or that of the respective rights holder.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory statutory provisions such as product liability law. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of service. Any further liability is excluded.

The law of Germany applies. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you habitually reside.
